Each course comes with a range of recordings which will cover the entire subject in a concise but effective manner. Our courses are not exam-board specific. Our recordings tend to range from 40 minutes to just over an hour in length and contain the perfect mix of making and reviewing notes, showcasing high scoring exemplar work, as well as going through past exam questions. Each course comes with a weekly livestream where you can raise any relevant questions to your tutors. These methods as well as structured revision at home is statistically proven to help boost grades.
First of all, create an account (which can be done using a Google account), which is free to do and simply requires an email address. After that, depending on how many courses you need select the appropriate plan which suits your needs the most (see pricing plan section). Once you select and confirm your plan, you will be redirected to the YE Trading Station, an external website. Follow the instructions on that website and make the payment. Our team will process your request and once validated, you will be able to select the courses you need. We will email you when this is ready to be done, and the course is yours.
You will not be able to immediately change your course selection. If you have chosen a plan, you must stick with it till when your next payment is due. At that point, you may either upgrade your plan or you can switch a subject. Our premium plan is the most cost-effective and provides access to all of the website’s content.

Tutors will provide students with links to zoom meeting via email 2 days in advance of the next meeting. All meeting details will be provided in this email along with time and duration. To join the meeting simply just click on the link provided and wait in the lobby – a tutor should shortly admit you into the zoom meeting.
Having courses hosted online ensures children have little real-time contact with other people through our platform. On the Zoom livestreams, cameras for both tutors and students will be automatically off for safety and protection. Students will be muted by default upon joining the call and can unmute to contribute or use the chat function. All Zoom calls are moderated and explicit or inappropriate use of the livestream by other students will be deleted and users causing this will be banned and removed from the Zoom call.
Upon deciding a plan, you will be re-directed to an external site (YE Trading Station) where you must follow the on-screen instructions to make your initial payment. The email address used for your Greenleaf Tutoring account must be IDENTICAL to the email address used on the YE Trading Station, otherwise the validation process will be delayed. All of our plans operate using monthly payments. You will be notified to pay for the next month 5 days before your next month starts. If your payment for the following month is not received after 3 days of the next month starting, we will assume you have chosen to cancel your plan and no courses will appear.
Ensure your device is connected to the Internet and that the connection is stable and secure. Go to your email inbox to find the Zoom meeting link and click it to join. Please double check you are using the correct link by looking at the date attached. If that does not work, try to manually enter the meeting ID and password. Please note some devices may require installation of the Zoom app and setting that up before being able to join any meetings. If this issue still persists, feel free to drop an email or use the site to redeem a recording of the Zoom call.
For safeguarding reasons, we must be aware of your school and region as a secondary source of contact should the need arise. Compliant with GDPR requirements, this information (like all other information) is safely and securely stored. Our data collection team will also benefit from having awareness of which regions most of our students come from. This data helps us improve other people’s and your experience.
If you have not selected any plans, you are free to delete your account straight away. All records regarding you will be removed from our servers with immediate effect. If you have an ongoing plan, you can request an account deletion however this will only take place when your month has ended. You will not need to pay to extend the plan and your account will be automatically removed as with your data and information. However, you will have access to all courses and livestreams up till this date. Please consider carefully before choosing to terminate your account because once your account is gone, you will no longer have access to any material or livestreams unless you sign up again.
